Dr. Mauro Fradeani is the founder and director of the ACE Institute and Fradeani Education, and runs a private practice in Pesaro, Italy limited to fixed prosthodontics on natural dentition and implants. He earned his degree in Medicine in 1979 from the University of Chieti and his specialization in Dentistry in 1983 from the University of Ancona, and served as Visiting Associate Professor in Prosthetics at Louisiana State University in New Orleans from 1999 to 2008.

His work centers on esthetic and prosthetic rehabilitation, with an emphasis on minimally invasive techniques for veneers, inlays, crowns, and all-ceramic bridges.

He is Past President of the European Academy of Esthetic Dentistry (EAED, 2003-2004) and of the Accademia Italiana di Odontoiatria Protesica (AIOP, 1999-2000), an active member of the American Academy of Esthetic Dentistry, and author of the two-volume reference text 'Esthetic Rehabilitation in Fixed Prosthodontics,' published by Quintessence and translated into 12 languages; the second volume was co-authored with Dr. Giancarlo Barducci. He lectures internationally on prosthodontic and esthetic treatment planning.

At Dental Leaders Academy he teaches the structured clinical protocols that anchor his ACE Institute curriculum.
